  7. These terms and conditions will be governed by and interpreted according to English law. All disputes arising under these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Product Descriptions

We have made every effort to an accurately as possible. However, different computers reproduce colours in slightly different ways, and so colour matches are not yet possible over the internet. Each product purchased is sold subject to its Product Description. If you are not satisfied with the colour of the item you have ordered, we offer a 30days money back guarantee on all products subject to our returns policy.

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system.

Making an Order

All communication to you will be addressed to your email address as supplied by you when registered. If you do not receive a confirmation email after registering or placing an order please contact us immediately.

The technical steps required, creating the contract between you and us are as follows:

You place the order for your products on the Website by pressing the confirm button at the end of the checkout process.

We will send to you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered. This is not an order confirmation or order acceptance.

When your product is shipped from our clinic we will send you a dispatch confirmation email.

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order.

Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

The product you ordered being unavailable from stock.

The product you ordered being unavailable for delivery to your selected delivery country.

Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.

The identification of a pricing or product description error.

You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the main Terms & Conditions.

We reserve the right to restrict the number of items available for sale to any individual Customer.

At busy times orders may take 2 – 3 days to be dispatched. The majority of orders are received within 2-3 business days after dispatch. As we cannot guarantee the speed of the postal service please allow up to: 8 business days for Royal Mail Tracked Delivery, 12 business days for Western Europe and 20 business days for the Rest of The World.

Payment

We accept payment in GBP (£), Euro (€) and USD ($).

For payments made in GBP we accept: Visa, Maestro, Visa Electron and MasterCard. For all other payments we accept: Visa, Visa Electron, JCB and MasterCard. We also accept payment through PayPal for GBP, Euro and US Dollars.

We do not hold any credit card details. All payments are processed securely through our approved payment provider’s website.

We do not sell products to under 18 years old therefore if needed the orders must be made by a parent or guardian.

 

Cancellations

If you realise you have made a mistake when ordering, please try to contact us as soon as you can by email on Info@HPDermatology.co.uk (with the word “Cancel” present in the subject line), or in office hours by calling +44 (0) 20 7612 4255. We dispatch items very quickly and as such we have limited time in which to stop completed orders from going out.

If your order has already left our clinic and you decide to cancel, we will refund your order in full including any postage and packing you may have been charged up to a maximum of our Standard UK Delivery charge. Please ensure you inform us of your intent to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. We will refund to the original payment method used to place the order and provide you with our returns address so you can return the goods to us at your expense. Please return the goods within 14 days. Please note, we reserve the right to await receipt of the returned goods, before issuing your refund.

Returns Policy

All products purchased through this website are covered by our 30 days Money Back Guarantee. If you are not totally satisfied with your order or have simply changed your mind, please return the unopened product to us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will refund you. Please include a brief letter including your name and address and an explanation as to why you are returning the item(s). Please note we do not refund your postage unless the item is damaged, wrongly described or faulty.

Due to the risk of cross contamination and for reasons of Hygiene & Safety, we cannot refund or exchange any Skin Growth Removal products.

Customs, VAT & Sales Taxes

Don’t worry, sales taxes & VAT on orders dispatched within the United Kingdom are all pre-paid by us. You can shop with confidence at www.HPDermatology.co.uk knowing that the price you see, is the price you pay.

Please note: We have no control over the Customs, Taxes and other Fees on orders sent outside of the United Kingdom. Please contact your local customs office for details of any possible charges prior to placing your order.

Any orders returned to us due to custom and other related issues will be charged a 20% restocking fee plus any postage & packaging paid.
